The challenge
The challenge we all know
A diaspora wedding is rarely just one event. There's the bride price, the civil ceremony, the religious one, the reception — sometimes two receptions in two different countries. And a million small decisions: decorations, the menu, the dress, invitations, transportation.
Everything gets discussed in a 23-person WhatsApp group, where the important decisions drown under the jokes. And in the end, someone forgets to pay the DJ.
What changes with Oyeba
- One up-to-date list. Every vendor, every contract, every payment · all in one place.
- Two families, one page. Each family has their own checkpoints, and can see the other's too.
- Previews before the big day. Photos of the venue, outfit fittings, menu tastings.

One up-to-date list
Every vendor, every contract, every payment · all in one place. No more "did you book the caterer or not?".
Two families, one page
Each family has their own checkpoints, and can see the other's too. Negotiations happen in the open.
Previews before the big day
Photos of the venue, outfit fittings, menu tastings. You approve from a distance — no surprises on the day.
Calm conversations
Sensitive topics (budget, guest list) have their own checkpoint. Not mixed in with everything else.
