1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Oyeba ("the service"), you accept these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the service.
The service is published by Oyeba SAS, a French company. The user must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of their legal representative.
2. The service
Oyeba is a web platform that allows users to coordinate remote projects: steps, media proofs, messaging, validations. The service is provided "as is". We do our best to make it available and reliable, without guaranteeing 100% uptime.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials. Any action taken from your account is attributed to you. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at security@oyeba.com.
You commit to providing accurate information at signup and to keeping it up to date.
4. User content
Anything you publish in a project (photos, videos, texts, files) remains your property. You grant us a non-exclusive, limited license to host, duplicate and distribute that content to the other members of the project, solely to operate the service.
This license ends when you delete the content, or when your account is deleted. Backups may persist for up to 90 days after deletion, for technical reasons.
5. Acceptable conduct
You commit not to:
- Publish illegal, hateful, harassing or defamatory content
- Impersonate another person
- Attempt to access accounts or projects you are not a member of
- Use the service to send spam or malware
- Circumvent the service's technical protection measures
- Resell access to the service without our written authorization
6. Paid plans
The service offers a free plan and, at public launch, paid plans. Specific pricing conditions and billing terms will be communicated at launch and accepted separately upon subscription.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from your settings. Your personal data is deleted within 30 days. Projects you owned must be transferred to another member or archived before deletion.
We may suspend or terminate your access in case of serious breach of these terms, after a formal notice that remains without effect for 14 days, except in emergencies.
8. Liability
Oyeba is not a party to the projects you coordinate via the service. We do not validate proofs, we do not settle disputes between members, and we are not responsible for the actual execution of the construction sites, ceremonies or payments documented on the platform.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for a dispute is limited to the amount you paid Oyeba in the 12 months preceding the triggering event, or 100 euros if you use a free plan.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute is submitted to the competent courts of Paris, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
10. Changes
We may modify these terms. For any substantial change, you will be notified at least 30 days in advance by email. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
